The Executive Roundtable was founded by business advisor and mentor, Phil Ransome in 2015. The community has been growing each year with both new and existing members joining our groups. Our core focus is to bring together senior executives and business owners looking to improve their business profitability and success. Members meet for monthly group sessions facilitated by our director Phil Ransome, and headlined by a different guest speaker every session. As a business, we aim to build a community of business professionals here in South Australia, and help to create success for each and every one of them.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

We understand that you're busy, which is why we limit your commitment to just one 3.5 hour group session per month. Our groups have an average of 10 members, and are always facilitated by our director, Phil Ransome. Each session includes morning networking, a presentation from a guest speaker and a knowledgeable group discussion reflecting on the day's topic and how it influences our businesses. Some of our most impactful topics include Wellbeing, Succession Planning and Workplace Culture. We also hold three Super Executive Roundtable's across the year, with multiple speakers and the opportunity for all of our members to network with one another.
