In that capacity he has assisted hundreds of businesses achieve business improvement opportunities, improve profitability and assist owners to improve their lifestyles. He has held senior and executive management roles with a number of organisations based nationally and internationally. He is also an author. Phil sits on a number of private company boards and is also the Co-Chair of not-for-profit organisation Business in Schools.
