About the Event
The Executive Roundtable presents our 2021 Conference - Summit or Plummet. Effective leadership is vital for a successful business and this often involves evolving and adapting to change. It's all about how you deal with challenges and your leadership mindset to overcome these difficulties. Join us on July 16 and 17 at the beautiful Serafino Wines in McLaren Vale for this all inclusive experience that is more than just a conference. We will be joined by some excellent guest speakers who will share their experience with both business and personal adversity and how they've conquered it. We also have a range of additional activities planned for both days including a three course dinner and drinks at the Serafino restaurant.
